How does the group swipe matching work?
Create a group and invite your partner, roommates, or friends. Everyone swipes on movies and TV shows independently — no one sees each other's picks. Once everyone has swiped, NxtUp reveals only the titles you all agreed on. A real match, not a compromise.
Which streaming services does NxtUp support?
NxtUp checks availability across Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Max, Apple TV+, Hulu, Peacock, and more in real time. When you get a match, you'll know exactly where to watch it.
How do I sign in? Can I use my Google account?
Yes. NxtUp uses Google Sign-In for a quick, secure login. No separate password needed. Just tap "Sign in with Google" on the welcome screen and you're in.
How do I add friends and see what they're saving?
Head to the Social tab inside the app. Search for friends by name, follow them, and get a Match Alert when your saved titles overlap.
My app crashed or I found a bug. What should I do?
Use the contact form below and select "Bug Report." Include your device model, OS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful.
How do I delete my account or data?
Visit our Data Deletion page or use the contact form below and select "Account & Privacy." We'll permanently remove your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
